There is always an adventure going on with the Robertson’s and this time, it is Si who decides to get in on the action and get in shape with some water aerobics. As you can imagine, the laughter starts before they ever even hit the water! After all, with a rousing discussion about diarrhea, who couldn’t enjoy a nice swim!?
Water aerobics are a great way to get in shape, if you do them properly. It is easy on the joints and gives you a good cardiovascular workout. I’m not so sure if Si got the benefits, but we sure did get a laugh!
